This study explores the development of a methodology for treating architectural design as a “resource” that can be shared with multiple others. By focusing on the design tool “MOKU-CHIN RECIPE,” this research will (1) identify the types of information that constitutes the unit of the “recipe,” (2) clarify how each type of information is actually utilized, and (3) clarify the role that MOKU-CHIN RECIPE plays as a shared resource.
