When considering the redevelopment of public facilities, it is important to select a site that considers the location and environment. this report proposed a simple and quantitative evaluation method for site selection of public facilities and verified this method by checking the process from narrowing down multiple site candidates using the regional evaluation to results of relocation in the case of the reorganization of school facilities. As a result, if the framework of the facility evaluation is used for the regional evaluation, it is possible to select location with six evaluation indicators and an overall evaluation in four levels.
