In recycled cement concrete using high containing dehydrated sludge powder (DSP), by improving the chemical admixture combined and devising the mix proportion of the concrete, the field casting was made possible, and the field application was tried. The application site was the blindfold wall of the in-house training facility. This paper reports the development of this ready mixed concrete using DSP.
