“Tenant Mix” is a project that aims to increase visitors and sales by change the composition of stores business types in the shopping arcade. However, it has not been clarified how the change the composition of stores business types, will affect the willingness to visit, Satisfaction and so on. In this research, we will focus on existing shopping arcades in regional cities, use the diversity index and the abundance index to clarifying the influence of different stores business types composition in the shopping arcade.
