This report is focused on considering about transition of the land plots in aged development site of the suburban housing. The target of this report is a suburban area in Osaka, developed about 90 years ago. In this case, half of land plots are keeping original state in area and frontage. The spec is similar as standards in original plan. On the other hands, large plots that were rearranged, has been subdivided. The factor of subdivision is seemed to concern to terraced house. The result shows a sample of exitance of sustainable scale and housing type for long time.
