The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for deepening understanding of collaboration activities between primary and secondary school students in design workshops prior to the establishment of an integrated primary and secondary school with the consolidation of primary and secondary schools. Each school has its own cultural background and unique activities due to its surrounding environment, size of population and history. It is therefore important to understand and discuss the activities of each school before planning facilities.
