In this paper, in cooperation with the Support Center for the Elderly, lifestyle support program for preventing heat stroke was implemented and its educational effect was verified. Followings are findings. 1) The majority of residents had a significant decrease in MRT and WBGT due to living and housing support. 2) Lifestyle of the elderly including air conditioner usage changed into three groups (patterns) through the experience-based lifestyle support program. 3) The staff of the center who participated in the heat stroke prevention lecture for the elderly had many terms related to the built environment in the co-occurrence network diagram.
