In the current welfare system for children and persons with disabilities, there are differences in the support system for various support needs between the providers of support and the municipalities that provide support and policies to these providers. In order to gain an understanding of the actual status of the system to support disabled children and persons in the community, we present the status of use and support at centers for support services for disabled children and persons, the coordination among centers, and how this differs among the municipalities in Tokyo.
