都市計画決定プロセスにおける住民関与に関する研究 : 横浜市恩田元石川線のケースについて

抄録

Planning decision procedure is very important in Japanese town planning as administrative process. The road construction project, which I study in this paper, has regional-scale influence and is public-oriented. Therefore planning process have been decided by top-down and one way system by the planning authority. But it causes various societal problems, such as strong opposition against the project by the residents. The purpose of this study is to clarify at effective factors, problems in the Public Involvement in town planning decision process, focusing the case of Yokohama City. In conclusion, the committee plays an important role in whole planning process.
