This paper describes about a study on manpower of multiple dwelling house construction works. The authors classified construction laborers to 5 groups, laborers for temporary works, foundation & piling works, framing works, finishing works and M & E works. Surveying and analyzing of 30 construction works, it is found that there are typical patterns on each working-groups. The authors modify these patterns to simple models for each working-groups. Finally the easy method to estimate laborer's numbers on construction schedule is proposed.
