抄録
The purpose of this paper is to investigate items and conditions of discussion on plan making which make the neighboring inhabitants ease to participate. As a result, items of discussion were devided into three cases, which are all of requirements affected discussion, a part of requirements affected discussion, and no requirement affected discussion. To be able to accept more their requirements, it is important to give them many informations of project, and the persons concerned should join the community organization.
