When evaluating the curtailment effect of energy on energy saving executions, and the curtailment effect of CO_2 emissions by life cycle assessment, there are all power supply bases and a thermal-power-generation base as an original unit of electric power. This report clarified the difference of life cycle assessment on each base by model building.
