A STUDY ON THE MANAGEMENT BODY FOR DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT : In the case of lowertown redevelopment corporation, city of St. Paul, U.S.(Urban Planning)

Abstract

The lowertown redevelopment corporation was established in order to progress whole of redevelopment projects in lowertown district in downtown St. Paul. It has 3 functions such as design center, development bank, and marketing office, through the lowertown redevelopment process, marketing and financing are the functions for helping a project start. Design center is the functions for leading a project to get high qualities of urban space. LRC has realized excellent urban design by acting as a redevelopment management body from the planning phase to design review phase in each project.
