For allocation planning of existing buildings in university, it is important to estimate the value of buildings by using the facility-data properly. The purpuse of this paper is to prove what kind of organization of database is effective for the allocation planning. We put "unit" and "biock" to define new classes in university's hierarchy. By applying these classes to facility-database composition, it is possible to estimate the potential value of existing buildings for conversion and to re-allocate rooms efficiently and flexibly.
