Abstract
Because the land-use/land-cover are very complex, and the CORONA Satellite Photography, which was collected using black and white film, is different to the others Satellite Image sensing data (which image spectrum characteristics and image interpretation), we meet many problems in land-use/land-cover classification. In this paper, mainly discuss several key of using the CORONA Satellite Photography to classify Land-use/Land-cover, such as using stereographic imagery interpretation, field survey and spatial entity knowledge modify the classification results, comparing and synthesizing of several different ways and so on. If those problems can be well resolved, the land-use/land cover classification by the CORONA Satellite Photography, can be well improved to much extent, and the result may be better.
