This paper focuses on the diversification and external effects of firm management leading to three-industry harmonization linked to Actinidia arguta in Dandong, Liaoning Province, China, based on online interviews with personnel from Dandong City Beilin Economic & Trade Co., Ltd. The results of the analysis are as follows. Through business diversification, Beilin contributes to the expansion of Actinidia arguta cultivation outside of its own firm, and by using the processing technology of firms that collaborate in the three-industry harmonization, it is possible to reduce the costs required for developing technology for processing product and establishing processing plants while increasing profits. Through this three-industry harmonization, farmers’ incomes have increased, the revenues of the processing technology development firm and the processing firm have expanded, and the government's regional economic development policy has been implemented.
