抄録
In this research, we analyzed a case of Fukushima Aizubange town which adopted the public participation in planning section of municipality comprehensive plan to clarify the applicable condition. As a result, to operate the system, it found the thing which needs the design of the whole process, the accumulation of the experience and the know-how, the leadership of the mayor, the support of the expert, the participation about the various sectoral plan.
