抄録
This paper studied out effect of positive action for agricultural gender equality, from county officers evaluation with ordered logit model. To reflect women's voice in rural community, it is effective for women to be farm managers, to do positive action in many farmers area, and to change women and men's gender consciousness. To make men understand promoting women to a higher position, it is necessary to make a support system.
