In this research, the feature of the allotment gardens established under the Special Structural Reform Zones was clarified, and the view in the future was considered. The feature of the allotment garden is chiefly summarized to the following four points.
1)Existing various establishment bodies, 2)Established by the mediation of the city or town, 3)No difference with another general allotment garden from the basic condition, 4)Reflected by the intention of the establishment body
It was pointed out to be able to expect the establishment of the allotment garden with the feature by various establishment body under deregulation.
