抄録
This study aims to grasp the characteristics and execution of human resource development project "Rural rejuvenation projection and Manpower training plan" in Taiwan. The project which is public policy to develop the rural community's resident to participate and concern their community problem, make future development's vision, action plan and finally complete their own rural rejuvenation plan. Finally three characteristics were clarified: 1)Lecture is not only indoor lecture but also visitation, workshop, negotiation technology, laboratory etc. 2)The lecture's teacher from designed abundant teacher data base 3)project is respect the resident's motivation and how to solve the real problem.
