Analysis of Consensus Building Process by Inhabitant's Self Management Construction for Environment Conservation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to clarify subject of consensus building process by inhabitant's self management construction for environment conservation. Results are as follows: 1) when environmental activity has already been performed, gradual consensus building is required. 2) when local activity is decline or two or more self-government association, enforcement process of plan reflecting inhabitant's consciousness change is necessary.
