The purpose of this research is the following two. We will confirm utilization situations of unused public facilities that occurred after municipal merger. We will clarify public interests and administrative supports through attracting companies to unused public facilities. And, this study is targeted at Minamiboso city, Chiba Prefecture. Minamiboso city was born in 2006 by merger of 7 municipalities. Therefore, there are many unused public facilities in Minamiboso city. Therefore, Minamiboso city has determined that it is appropriate as a target area of this study.
