抄録
The objective of this study is to analyze development pattern on converting farmland and the criteria of choosing it to be converted by the farmer using spatial method in Seoul Grennbelt.
These results were as follows.
1) Agricultural facilities are just 9 cases out of 23 cases of development on converting farmland.
2) Urban facilities were established on farmland where its relative distance is far from the farmhouse and connected to the arterial road. Agricultural facilities were established on farmland where its relative distance was close to the farmhouse.
