The Creation of Exchange between Rural and Urban Areas in Rice Terraces

Abstract

The author treats the process of exchange creation between rural and urban areas based on the Rice Terrace, analyzing of the following factors, the organization, activities and roles of the domestic rice terrace liaison conference. After development of citizen's voluntary work for support of cultivation for conservation of terraced paddy fields, rice terrace area has been appended to added value and has been made an offer to environmental study for compulsory education.
