Abstract
This paper clarified the actual condition of Incubation System by the Tsunan agricultural public corporation. The following finding was observed as the result of the survey. 18 new-comer farmers created by the Incubation System within the short period of time can be considered as the special feature of Incubation System under the Tsunan public corporation. In the background of it, substantial economical and social supports from the prefecture and the town were existed among the trainee. However, lowering functions of training for the creation of new-comer farmers is become the problem. It is considered that the problem was occurred because of the necessity of higher cost for the training. Therefore, provision of the suitable cost supports for the organization, which plays vital role in the Incubation System, is requested.
