Abstract
In this study, the contents of activity and the contents of cooperation of an environmental improvement by NPO in a river were clarified. Activity is mostly divided by conservation of nature and river environmental preservation. In order to promote not only the cooperation by the consignment enterprise of administration but the cooperation with residents, a nonprofit foundation, and a company, improvement in the degree of cognition by an organization's PR/education activities, and a skill rise of the activity and the personnel becomes an important factor.
