This paper delves into the primary application areas of big data in smart agriculture, encompassing precision agriculture, intelligent farming machinery, and sustainable agriculture. To begin with, big data technology offers comprehensive data support for decision-makers in agriculture. Through real-time monitoring and extensive data analysis, agricultural producers can gain more precise insights into soil conditions, crop growth status, and other crucial information.
