Data are submitted which show that two factors are concerned in the production and cure of the acrodynia-like dermatitis. One is water-soluble factor, viz., vitamin B6; the other is fatty acid factor similar to linoleic acid.
The evidence suggests that vitamin B6 is connected in some way with the metabolism of the fatty acids.
