Abstract

Lipids were extracted with chloroform-methanol from Streptomyces sioyaensis and fractionated on a silicic acid column. Lipids of Streptomyces sioyaensis were mainly composed of neutral lipids, cardiolipin, phosphatidylethanolamines, phosphatidylinositolmonomanno-side and a new lysine-containing lipid.
