抄録
The recent studies in c-lysozyme demonstrated that lysozyme had evolved accompaning some gene duplications, and converted from the self-defence enzyme to the digestive enzyme in some mammals, The mechanism of the adaptive evolution occuring in this functional divergence of lysozyme was discussed on the basis of the amino acid sequences, the rate of evolution and the gene duplications.
