The third grade students at the National Institute of Technology, Kisarazu College (Kisarazu Kosen) take the General Education Seminar called Ippan Tokubetsu Kenkyuu (Tokkenn). About 15 teachers of general subject instruct an average of 15 students in their courses. The General Education Seminar is considered to be a pre-stage of the graduation research of the fifth grade student. Students can learn how to research through the General Education Seminar. This paper reports on the practical contents of the author's courses in 2014 and 2015.
