Abstract
This study investigates the systems involved in Minamiboso City's community fund to clarify the role of problems with citizen's organizations to optimize activities and operations. We investigated the operation of the systems by studying the requirements list for accessing the community funds and interviewing the person in charge. We also used a questionnaire survey to study organization activities, and we evaluated the operational results. 1)Citizen's can play an active role in improving facilities in rural areas. 2)It is important to promote cooperation among partners in various projects so that production is maximized. 3)Problem lies in the management of the organization to strengthen activity base.
