Outcomes and Improvements in Collaborative Planning of Environmental Plan

： A case study of Nissin City, Aichi Prefecture

Abstract

This study discusses outcomes and improvements in collaborative planning through an experimental analysis on Nissin City. As a research framework, “Network supervisor” was defined who helps citizen network in the respect of not only conducting projects but also promoting plan. Next, analysis of network supervisor's three roles was conducted ?“checking progress situation”, “suggestion to improve promotion”, and “improving organization”. As a result, it was clarified that to organize the network and share the idea with other parties is essential in order to make network supervisor's help effective.
