This study was conducted in an attempt to visualize the concerns of stakeholders (SH) by using text mining analysis on the text data which is the result of interview survey to the SH in the Nagara River watershed in Gifu prefecture. The analysis of classifying SH into 6 group by tendency of appearance of words and visualizing relationship between words revealed that 1) all groups were interested in the impact of climate change, declining Ayu in Nagara river and fishermen, the life in future, or regional relationship 2) there are shared concerns and problem consciousness even if the fields of business or activities are different such as for example Ayu in the Nagara River between fishery and tourism SH.
