Abstract

In this paper, conservation activities of Abiki Wetland,Kasai city, Hyogo Prefecture as a case, I analyze the conservation activities for natural resources by knowledge management. The main findings are as follows: First, knowledges about creatures, wetlands and plant investigation which is required in the wetland conversation are acquired from specialists. Second, original conservation knowledges which are adapted at environment of Abiki wetland are created in the discussions between specialists and conversation activities members. Third, knowledge management in conversation activities of Abiki wetland is supported by city officer, specialists and the leader of conversation activities of it, and they take a different role about knowledge management for each one.
