A Study on the Disaster Response to Life Reconstruction and Health Evaluation of Nishihara Village in the Kumamoto Earthquake

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to clarify the current situation and problems of municipal disaster response and subjective health of the victims. As a result of the survey, Nishihara village built up a flexible organizational structure in disasters and in this village we wanted to build a mutual aid system through disaster prevention drills. In health evaluation, although there are differences between attributes, it is not necessarily stagnant and results of administrative measures.
