Abstract

In recent years, solar PV facilities have been increased. There are cases where regional troubles occur due to insufficient regulatory system. In this study, we targeted Hamamatsu City, and analyzed the actual location of solar PV facilities from the three perspectives of living environment, disaster and cumulative impact, aiming for the introduction of solar power while coexisting with the local community. As a result of GIS analysis, it became clear that many solar PV facilities are installed in areas such as disaster hazard areas and urban areas that are likely to affect the disaster or living environment. In addition, there are facilities that can be regarded as large-scale facilities because small-scale power generation facilities are adjacent to each other, and the possibility of cumulative impact was clarified.
