Analyzing the Conflict of PV and Landscape

―Focusing on PV Equipment in the Landscape Agreement ―

Abstract

The business model of solar panel’ setting which are virtually free for a use was announcing from enterprises. There is a social background in which solar panels have been accepted by citizens. The purpose of this paper is to clarify a perception that there is no problem on the landscape by the Landscape Agreement based on the Landscape Law. That is because it is a system that consider attention to the scenery of residential areas. In order to grasp objective numerical value, TV antenna on the roof was positioned as a comparison object for solar panels. Examining the handling of solar panels that stipulated in the Landscape Agreement, it was found to consider the attention by a promotion zone in Tsukuba city.
