Abstract

The purpose of this study clarified the conflicts that arise between CommunityReactivating Cooperator Squad (CRCS) and Region Management Organization (RMO) from the coordinator's point of view, and how to deal with them from the coordinator's point of view, and presented the points of consideration and skills for coordination. Based in the results of interviews with coordinators in the case, conflicts in CRCS activities were clearly divided into four areas, and the coordinator's coping strategies were clarified within the theoretical framework that classifies them into avoiding, compromise, accommodation, and collaboration. The study concludes that coordinators need to be able to listen to both sides of a situation from a neutral standpoint and determine how to handle the situation.
