We would like to deeply apologize for the errors that appeared in the Results section. Specifically, the estimated glomerular filtration rate had been calculated incorrectly as a result of a misunderstanding by Dr Saji, leading to an overestimation of the incidence of chronic kidney disease. We have also corrected some other minor mistakes in the tables.
