Abstract
The author devised and made a certain suction apparatus which is able to observe the Capillaries during the whole time of the application of negative pressure. Applicaling-200mmHg with this apparatus. he investigated the changes of capillaries on 50 normal adults, and obtained the following results. Whole the capillaries were expanded, blood filling was increased, base colour Avas strengthened, blood flow was delayed or stopped, and the edema appeared on all Cases. Also observed the capillary bleedings and the increase of number of visible capillaries on some cases.
