In part I, the cases of the intraatrial disturbances were explained by accepting the existence of specific muscles of conduction in atrium schematically. In par II, the intraventricular disturbances were discussed which methods of analysis of QRS type in 12 lead ECG, measurement of the activation time in precordial lead and VCG criterial were most convenient to routine clinical use to diagnose the side of BBB. The VCG were taken by means of orthogonal lead with large electrodes which had been asserted by the author from the concept of lead field.
