抗NMDA受容体脳炎の長期予後

抄録

・In this article, the prognosis 2 years post onset among 6 patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis have investigated, which included 5 adult and 1 pediatric patient.

・To evaluate the prognosis, modified Rankin Scale, which runs from 0 to 6 (0, no symptoms; 6, death), was used.

・Of 6 patients, 5 improved completely (modified Rankin Scale of 0, no symptoms) and 1 improved almost completely (no significant disabilities), suggesting a good prognosis.
