抄録
The purpose of this paper is to consider the future role of JA Women’s Association in Hokkaido. In conclusion, I pointed out two new roles-"a role linking farming and life" and "a role to solve gender role norms". Female farmers in Hokkaido do agriculture professionally with men. In other words, women are the carriers of both living and farming. Therefore, these two roles are suitable for JA Women’s Association of Hokkaido.
JA are required to rebuild the framework of Member’s Organization activities.
