Abstract

Erythroskyrine, a nitrogen containing coloring matter of Penicillium islandicum SOPP is biosynthesized from 1 acetate (for C_{(25) (26)}) 9 malonate (for C_{(2) (3) (9∼24)}) and valine (for N₍₁₎ C_(4∼8)).
