Infrared spectra of spermine phosphate hexahydrates C10H26N4·2H3PO4·6H2O and its N and O deuterated product have been measured. From the comparison of the spectra with those of the related simple molecules it is concluded that the salt is in the ionized form written [NH3+(CH2)3NH2+(CH2)2]2·2[HPO4]2-·6H2O.
