Abstract
The ClO2 radical was obtained from many reaction systems (Ti3+-NaClO3, Ti3+-NaClO2 and H2SO4-NaClO2) in aqueous solutions. The formation of the ClO2 radical was detected by means of the rapid-mixing flow technique coupled with electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements.
