Abstract
3', 5, 6', 7-Tetrahydroxy-2', 8-dimethoxyflavone (1) and its isomers (2, 3 and 4) were synthesized to confirm the proposed structure for a flavone isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis and S. rehderiana.
