Abstract

Davallioside A and B, new (-)-epicatechin glycosides carrying a γ-lactam substituent, have been isolated from the rhizomes of Davallia mariesii MOORE (Davalliaceae). Their structures were determined by 2D NMR spectroscopy including HMQC and HMBC techniques.
