Abstract

Maximum rotations of (R)-4-tert-butyl-, (R)-4-phenyl- (R)-4-isopropyl, and (R)-4-methyl-1-trimethylsilyloxycyclohexenes ((R)-3a, (R)-3b, (R)-3c, and (R)-3d) were determined to be[α]₃₆₅²⁵ +237° (benzene), [α]₃₆₅²⁵ +146° (benzene), [α]₃₆₅²⁵ +228° (benzene), and [α]₃₆₅²⁵ +238° (benzene), respectively.
